Stage One of our new property acquisition is to repay the short term loan generously provided by the Borlänge Pentecostal church.
The loan of 800,000 SEK is to be repaid in January 2012.
Aug 30 update… we sent another 15,000kr repayment—- 665,000kr to go!
Sept 27 update …. Another 15,000kr repaid—— 650,000kr to go!
Nov 18 update…. Another 20,000kr repaid in Oct/Nov —— 630,000kr to go!
Dec 27 – 55,000kr repaid!! 575,000kr to go!
Jan 23… 5,000kr repaid 570,000kr to go. Talking to bank if bridging finance is needed.. one week to go!
Jan 31… Refinancing completed. We have bridging loans of 570,000 SEK to enable us to repay the original loan.
We still want to amortise this as fast as possible – keep praying and giving!!
